Include the basics about your dog: Dog’s name, breed, age, gender, is he/she spayed or neutered, and how long you’ve had your dog. Explain a bit about the behavior problem that you’re experiencing, or what sort of training you’re seeking. For example, “My dog pulls on leash”.

We’ll contact you to review our training programs and options and answer your questions. There’s no high-pressure sales pitch. Dog training is a service, and we want you to understand the services you would be purchasing.

New clients may download the services agreement form and the behavior evaluation form. Both forms must be completed before our first appointment, and we’ll review the forms in person at our meeting.
